Q: Can I cancel or edit my order after I place it?

A: Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to edit an order once it is placed. What we can do is refund you for the order and have you re-place the order with the items you would like. If you contact us before your order has been shipped we can cancel and refund your order.

 

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: We allow returns if you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

Q: How do I make a return or exchange an item?

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: We currently ship worldwide to everywhere EXCEPT Iran, North Korea, and Cuba.
Q: How long will it take to get my item?
A: When the product is IN STOCK there is a 1-3 day processing time. Once we process the order we ship through USPS where the item usually will get to you within a week from the actual shipping date. Please note international shipping may take longer.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: When the item is shipped our system will automatically send you a tracking number allowing you to track your order. The order number is NOT your tracking number.
Q: I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?
A: Notify us ASAP by emailing us the correct address. We will then fix the address so we ship your product to the correct place. Please note we are not responsible for an item sent to the wrong address.
